Sheriff: Teens Ask To Use Restroom, Rob Residents At Gunpoint

Two teenagers were jailed on Saturday after allegedly holding two people at gunpoint while robbing them.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Isaiah S. Veney, 19, of Kettering, and Bridgette M. Keller, 18, of Washington Court House, entered a home in the Bloomingburg Mobile Home Park and held a man and another of his family members at gunpoint.

The two allegedly gained entrance to the home after asking if they could use the restroom.

Sheriff’s officials responded to a call about the alleged robbery and followed a tip about the two being near a Walmart store in Washington Court House.

The two were stopped in a vehicle and taken into custody.

Both are charged with two counts each of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and kidnapping. They also face theft charges.

The two were being held at the Fayette County Jail.
