A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted a man and his nephew on kidnapping and rape charges.
Harry Fox, 60, and Larry Fox, 43, are accused of abducting a man and forcing him to perform a sex act on Larry Fox on Oct. 16.
A few days after the Oct. 16 alleged incident, Harry Fox was taken into custody and an arrest warrant was issued for Larry Fox. Larry Fox was taken into custody last Friday.
Harry Fox was indicted on one first-degree felony count of complicity to commit rape, three second-degree felony counts of kidnapping and one third-degree felony count of abduction.
Larry Fox is charged with two first-degree felony counts of rape, three second-degree felony counts of kidnapping and one third-degree felony count of abduction.
