One person was hospitalized early Friday morning after being struck in the neck by a bullet.
According to police, 29-year-old Shawndel M. Bailey was hospitalized by a drive-by-shooter near Parsons Avenue and Gates Street at about 3:45 a.m.
Police said that Bailey was walking down the street when a driver passed by and started shooting.
