A woman was hospitalized in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in west Columbus late Thursday.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, a woman was struck at West Broad Street and South Grener Avenue shortly before 10:30 p.m.
Westbound Broad Street was closed because of the crash.
The unidentified woman was taken to Mount Carmel West Hospital in critical condition.
Investigators said that the driver of the car that struck the female stopped at the scene.
