Police arrested Rasheen C. Mills, 37, on Tuesday for allegedly attacking another man with a butcher knife during an argument.
Mills is accused of stabbing Charles Harris in the chest on June 14 around 1 a.m. at an apartment on Lakeside North.
Harris was taken to a hospital in critical condition but has since recovered from the injuries.
Bond had not yet been set for Mills.
