Police say charges have not been filed in a crash that injured two adults, a child and a baby on Monday night.

According to police, two adult women and two children were struck by a vehicle shortly after 7 p.m. near Avery Road and Wexford Woods Drive.

One of the adults was taken to Grant Medical Center, and the other was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital. The children were taken to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, where an infant remained in critical condition.

Dublin police said one child was an infant in a stroller.  The other child struck was 8 years old.

The driver who struck the four stopped at the scene.

Ashley Pifer said that she witnessed the crash.

“She was over there trying to talk to them,” Pfifer said. “She was consoling them. She was crying. She went over to the EMT the second they got there. She was like, ‘I’m so sorry. I didn’t see them. I  didn’t see them.’ She was hysterical.”

Police have not yet released the names of the victims or of the driver.

No charges have been filed in the crash, which remains under investigation.
