The Ohio Attorney General's Office is looking for a man that they said is a sexual predator who habitually does not notify officials where he is living.
Robert Waterhouse, 48, has failed to notify police of his address at least nine times, according to the AG's Office.
His original conviction was on six counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in 1994. The victim was a female juvenile.
Waterhouse is required by his sentence to verify his address every 90 days for the rest of his life.
Records show he last registered in April as living at a homeless camp off the Scioto River in the area of Greenlawn Avenue in Columbus.
Waterhouse has several tattoos, including a "Reaper" on his left arm,a "#1" on his left forearm, and the word "Nina" on his chest.
