A Reynoldsburg man was convicted on fraud and theft charges after he told investors that he would invest their funds in U.S. Treasury bills and promised annual returns of 50 and 100 percent from two central
Ohio investors.
Isaac J. Castile III was found guilty on three counts of securities fraud, three counts of false representation in the sale of securities, three counts of sales of unregistered securities and two counts of theft.
He is accused of stealing approximately $255,000 from two central Ohio investors.
Castile is slated to be sentenced in November.
