Police said that Morse Road reopened after 4:30 p.m. on Monday after a gas leak had closed it for much of the day.
According to police, Morse Road, between Hamilton and Johnstown roads, was first blocked because of the leak at about 9 a.m.
Columbus and Gahanna police, along with Franklin County Sheriff’s officials, said they believed it was caused by a construction crew.
There were no reports of injuries.
