Authorities said that they caught up with two men accused of kidnapping another man.
Deputies took Larry and Harry Fox into custody after an investigation that resulted in the evacuation of the Worthington Arms Mobile Home Park, located off U.S. 23, south of Delaware.
Harry Fox was taken into custody early into the investigation. Larry Fox was captured around noon Friday at the mobile home park.
Investigators said that both men were accused of holding another man against his will. Detectives said that the alleged victim was able to escape. Authorities believed that the men knew each other.
Harry and Larry Fox are uncle and nephew.
