An area of low pressure working across the Great Lakes will bring showers to central Ohio this afternoon and evening. We’re not expecting heavy rain—rainfall totals should be around a tenth of an inch or less in most cases—but it will likely be enough to dampen your evening plans. Take an umbrella if you’re headed out to high school football games this evening.
A few showers will be possible Saturday, including at tailgating and during the Buckeye game. The entire day won’t be a washout but keep the rain gear handy just in case. Highs will top out in the mid to upper 50s under mostly cloudy skies. Skies will clear out Saturday evening, setting the stage for a beautiful Sunday. We’re expecting mostly sunny skies Sunday with highs in the low to mid 60s. The next chance for rain will likely hold off until Tuesday.
