A teen was arrested early Friday morning after a neighbor said that he spotted him standing outside a person’s window while naked.
According to police, a resident of the Millstone Lakes Apartments on the east side said that he saw the teen engaged in a sex act while peering through a person’s window on Muffin Way. The teen arrested was carrying a pair of shorts in his left
hand.
Police took the teen, whose identified was not immediate released, into custody and charged him with public indecency.
