Man Jailed On $1 Million Bond For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Child, Recording Alleged Sex Acts

A man accused of forcing a child to perform a sex act on was being held in jail on $1 million bond.

According to court documents, David Walden is charged with rape of a child under the age of 13 and sexual battery.

Documents stated that police were called to a west side home on Wednesday on a report of a sexual assault. When officers arrived, they said that the alleged victim's mother showed an officer a video of her child performing a sex act on Walden.

According to documents, the alleged abuse began when the child was 10 years old.

The alleged sexual assault came to light when Walden allegedly woke up the child by performing a sex act on the child on Wednesday. Walden allegedly told the child not to tell anyone or the child would be harmed.

Court documents stated that Walden admitted to the abuse.
