Authorities were asking for help locating a man charged with gross sexual imposition.
Thomas A. Dixon of Mount Vernon was charged after allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl at his apartment in August.
According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, Dixon, 67, is believed to be living in Columbus, but his exact whereabouts were unknown.
A description of Dixon was not immediately available.
Anyone with information about Dixon is asked to call the sheriff's office at 740-397-3333.
