The Army Corps of Engineers removed two bomblets from the site of a former ordnance plant in Marion County Monday.

The inactive explosives were found during an environmental cleanup of the location.

An engineer told 10TV News that the discovery was expected because of what the facility was used for.

It made explosive devices decades ago.

The Scioto Ordnance plant is being cleaned up to be used as farmland.
