Police and fire crews had to search to find an girl after she fell from atop Mount Pleasant in Lancaster around 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Elizabeth Fuller, 11, fell 30 to 40 feet from the mountain to another ledge, according to police.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene to transport the girl to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
She was last reported in critical condition.
