A man arrested for allegedly exposing himself on local bike paths did so at least 25 to 30 times.
Paul James Donahue was arrested last week after a witness said he saw him riding naked on his bike at North Bank Park.
According to a police warrant, Donahue said he had ridden naked in front of woman at least 25 to 30 times.
He also captured the video on a tiny camera on his headband. Donahue allegedly uploaded the videos to a voyeur website.
