Police said that a young boy who wandered away from his Hilliard home was found safe on Friday evening.
According to Hilliard police, a 4-year-old boy playing in the Avery Estates subdivision near Hilliard Davidson High School, was last seen at about 6:30 p.m. He was located shortly before 9 p.m.
The boy had been outside playing with siblings when he disappeared.
Police searched by ground and helicopter for the boy.
