Crews closed Alum Creek Drive at Rathmell Road because of a crash involving a rig Thursday morning.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, crews were first called to the south-side scene around 9 a.m.
The road reopened a short time later. The events leading to the crash were under investigation.
One person was hospitalized in critical condition.
