On Friday, about 50 people will rappel down the outside of the PNC Bank Building in Downtown Columbus.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is hosting the "Over The Edge For Kids" event.

People raised at least $2,000 each to get the chance to rappel down the side of the building.

"This is our first year and we expect it to grow. So we anticipate in years to come this will be a two-day event with hundreds of rapellers raising thousands of dollars for Big Brothers Big Sisters," said Randy Schoedinger, Chairman of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

WBNS-10TV anchor Jessa Goddard got the chance to lead the way on Thursday when she got to try the PNC Building descent.
