Special Information:
Increasing clouds tonight with a brief passing shower in the morning.  The hour by hour forecast shows rain moving into Northwest Ohio around sunrise and sliding east of the Ohio River around lunchtime.  Best chance for a shower in the Metro area is between 9-11AM and should not last long at all.  Clearing tomorrow afternoon and cold again tomorrow night with frost likely once again.  The National Weather Service has already issued a Freeze Watch for Perry, Morgan, Athens, Jackson and Vinton counties for late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
