The Ohio State Highway Patrol said two teenagers were critically injured in a crash near Buckeye Lake Monday night.
The teenagers SUV collided head-on with a semi on State Route 13 near Interstate 70.
The semi caught fire when the vehicles collided. Troopers on the scene said the semi driver escaped unharmed.
State Route 13 was closed while troopers investigated the crash.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
