Crestline Family Loses House, Dog In Blaze

Flames tore through a Crawford County home over the weekend, destroying everything it touched.

According to the Mansfield News Journal, a family including six children was out of the house at the time of the blaze. The family dog, Bucky, was inside the home and died.

Korey and Jessica Snyder traveled to Findlay and left the children with babysitters before the fire sparked, the newspaper reported. They learned of the blaze when they received a phone call around 6 a.m.

The American Red Cross was called to assist the family. Cause of the fire was under investigation.
