Interstate 270 north is open at East Broad Street after a crash on the east side Saturday night.
The crash, which involved at least three vehicles, occurred around 8 p.m.
Three people were transported for medical attention with non life-threatening injuries.
The events leading to the crash were under investigation. The road reopened before 9:30 p.m.
