Employees and visitors at COSI were forced to flee after a small fire sparked on Saturday.
Crews said that the fire started in an elevator before 4:30 p.m.
Investigators said that they believed a mechanical issue in the elevator caused the fire. COSI employees quickly put out the flames and fire crews inspected the scene.
There were no reports of injuries.
