Upper Arlington Olympian Abby Johnston returned home to tell youth that they can achieve their dreams, too.

Johnston won a silver medal in synchronized diving in this year's Olympics.

Johnston visited her alma mater Tremont Elementary in Upper Arlington to share her Olympic journey with students.

"It's so cool," Johnston said. "I mean, it's crazy walking in here and seeing all the kids, and it's really a throwback. I feel like I'm in déjà vu land. I just keep remembering all of these awesome memories I had growing up here."

Johnston said that by sharing how she made her way to the Olympic medal podium, she hopes students at Tremont will learn that if they work hard, they, too, can achieve their dreams.
