Skinned Dog Found, Reward Offered For Information

Investigators are trying to determine why someone would skin a small dog in Jackson County.

A driver spotted the carcass while driving on state Route 32 near Pattonsville Road.
 
The Humane Society said they believe the dog was mutilated and that has them worried this action could lead to more serious crimes.

The Jackson County Humane Society has offered a $100 reward for any information leading to an arrest.
