Police are questioning a woman believed to be involved in a series of robberies this week.

The woman, who 10TV News did not identify, is accused of robbing three stores in three days.

Police took the woman into custody Wednesday morning on Fairwood Avenue after they said she robbed a Family Dollar store on Parsons Avenue and a Dollar General store on Lockbourne Road.

Police responded to a call about a robbery at the Parsons Avenue Family Dollar store at about 8 a.m. According to police, employees said that the woman showed a knife and handed the clerk a note to hand over money.

A similar robbery occurred on Tuesday at a different Family Dollar store on Lockbourne.

Police took the woman into custody for questioning after a witness identified her vehicle.
