The ramps from Interstate 270 north to Interstate 70 east and west on the west side were open after a rig collided with another vehicle and caught fire on Wednesday morning.
The ramps from West Broad Street east and west to I-270 north also were reopened at about 1 p.m.
According to police, a rig carrying a load of mirrors collided with another vehicle and caught fire at about 5 a.m.
One driver involved in the crash was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remained under investigation.
