A SWAT situation on Parsons Avenue ended peacefully Saturday evening after 6:30 p.m.
Police were able to talk Joe McCoy, 25, out of his parents' home where he lives.
McCoy's father helped talk the suspect out of the home.
McCoy had two warrants out for him including a probation violation on a burglary charge and a failure to appear in court charge. Both are felonies.
Parsons Avenue was shutdown while police talked to McCoy, but it has been reopened.
