Firefighters said a fire was contained to one apartment unit in South Columbus Thursday night.
The fire sparked around 9:30 p.m. on Canonby Place, but emergency crews were able to quickly extinquish it when they arrived.
It’s unclear how the fire was started or the amount of damage that was done to the apartment.
No injuries were reported.
