The Perry County Sheriff's Department said Wohrle's Carry Out on West Main Street in Shawnee was robbed on Tuesday around 9:20 p.m.
The clerk told authorities the suspect was wearing a gray jacket with a black strip on the sleeves and a black mask.
The man allegedly grabbed the cash register off the counter and took it out of the store.
A white, late 90's to 2000 Pontiac pulled up and took the man away.
There was an undisclosed amount of cash in the register. There were no reports of injuries.
