UPDATED: Tuesday September 25, 2012 5:19 PM
Delaware police released a sketch of the man accused of attempting to lure children into his vehicle earlier in September.

According to the Delaware Police Department, the man has a lightning bolt tattoo on the left side of his head and two tattoos on his neck.

Police said that the sketch was released after further investigation into the child enticement case.

Police said that the man pulled up next to two children and told them to get inside of his tan SUV on Sept. 15.

The children were able to get away.

Marion police said that they believed an attempted abduction in Marion could be connected.

Police said that they encouraged children to stay in groups and have stepped up patrols in the area.

Anyone with information about the attempted abductions is asked to call the Delaware Police Department at 740-203-1111.
