A man was questioned Tuesday morning after a woman flagged officers down.
According to police, the woman claimed that she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted. Police caught up with the man suspected in connection with the crime near the 900 block of West Broad Street at 3:30 a.m.
Police said that it appeared the woman knew the man because she was able to show officers where he lived.
The man was questioned by investigators and released.
Police ended their investigation shortly after questioning the man. No charges were filed.
