A man was shot while sitting in his vehicle on the south east side early Sunday morning.
According to police, Rodrigo Olvera-Hernandez was sitting in his parked car in the 2400 block of Shore Boulevard West, when two or three men approached him and shot him through his car.
Olvera-Hernandez, 41, was shot in the abdomen at about 3:45 a.m.
The man drove himself to a nearby gas station and called 911. He was transported to a central Ohio hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to call Columbus police at 614-645-2622.
