Delaware Municipal Court issued a warrant for the arrest of former Ohio State player Jermale Hines and his brother Berchard Hines for failure to appear in court on charges stemming from an incident that occurred in Powell in July.

Both men are charged with aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering.

Jermale Hines played from Ohio State from 2007-2011 and was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in 2011. He currently is not on a professional roster, according to NFL.com. Hines, 24, played high school football at Glenville High School in Cleveland.
