A retired police officer will spend two years in prison for having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.
Richard McKee, 49, pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and importuning charges in August.
Investigators said that McKee came into contact with the teenager through church activities and then furthered their relationship via Facebook.
After serving his prison sentence, McKee will be forced to register as a Tier 2 sex offender for the next 25 years.
McKee retired from the Chillicothe Police Department in March 2011. He was arrested in November.
