A Mansfield Correctional Institution prisoner is accused of attacking an employee.
Lt. Chris Lynch was allegedly stabbed by an inmate, identified as Don Peter.
Officials said that Lynch was stabbed in the lower back, and his injuries were non-life threatening.
The incident was under investigation.
