The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash, where a semi tractor-trailer has overturned on eastbound Interstate 70, according to CBS affiliate WHIO-TV in Dayton.
Troopers responded to the area of mile marker 64, which is located between U.S. 40 and Ohio 54, when the semi overturned around 2 a.m. Thursday.
The semi was loaded with approximately 40,000 pounds of beer, according to the OHP.
Troopers said the semi was travelling east on I-70, when the driver allegedly fell asleep, lost control, drove up a guardrail and rolled over.
The driver, who is from California, was not seriously hurt.
A Bobcat was brought in to assist with unloading the beer from the overturned trailer, according to WHIO-TV.
