U.S. 23 Reopens After Power Lines Fell

U.S. Route 23, just north of Coover Road in Delaware County, reopened Thursday afternoon after power lines fell.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, both directions of U.S. 23 were closed at about 11:30 a.m. for the utility work.

The road reopened shortly after 1 p.m.
