Man Wanted In Connection With East Columbus Bank Robbery

Investigators said that a man robbed an east Columbus bank on Tuesday morning.

According to investigators, a man walked into the Huntington National Bank, located at 3303 E. Main St., at about 9:10 a.m.

The man handed a teller a note and demanded money. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money, and the robber left the bank.

Witnesses said it appeared that the man left in a gold four-door sedan, possibly a Honda Accord.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Columbus Division of Police at 614-645-4545.
