School Districts Hope To Share Services, Save Money

Two school districts in Licking County are exploring ways to share services to save money.

Licking Heights Local Schools and the Southwest Licking Local Schools’ boards of education recently applied for a $100,000 state grant to study the possibility of sharing a human-resources director and some transportation services.

The districts already share a food services director.
