A 19-year-old woman was killed in an early morning crash in Ross County, Sunday.
Police said the accident happened around 5:30 a.m. on Norman Hill Road in Frankfort.
Kiah Ragland was the passenger in the car when the driver lost control and hit a tree.
Ragland was flown to Adena Medical center where she died.
Police said three other people were in the car at the time of the crash, but their injuries were not life-threatening.
