A 13-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl were arrested in connection with a shooting.
According to police, the 17-year-old girl is charged with attempted murder after allegedly trying to shoot three men on Wednesday.
A witness held the woman down until law enforcement officials arrived at the scene, located in the 100 block of Latourette Street.
The girl, who was not immediately identified, is being held at a juvenile detention center.
The unidentified 13-year-old boy was also arrested in connection with the shooting.
