A business owner blamed brazen burglars for halting his business temporarily.

Arif Atique said that he could not stand to watch the footage of burglars who rammed their truck into the doors of his east side drive-thru. The footage shows the masked men running into the store with trashcans and filling them with cigarette cartons.

"I have a pain in my heart," Atique said.

In all, the thieves ran off with about $10,000 worth of merchandise.

This was the second time Atique's business was targeted in two months.

"I don't know how they get the ideas," Atique said. "They try to get in somehow. They go to school for that or they have some kind of degree to break in. I have no clue."

Atique shut down business for a day while he picked up the pieces and contemplated ways to keep the thieves from coming back.

It was not known if any arrests were made.
