A man accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl was behind bars on $1 million bond in the Ross County Jail after being extradited from West Virginia.
Glenn Jenkins was arrested in August month after he failed to show up in a Ross County courtroom.
Jenkins, 26, is charged with four counts of rape.
Prosecutors said that Jenkins sexually assaulted the girl in 2010.
