The Columbus SWAT team and Westerville police are at a house where a man is refusing to leave.
Authorities said it started as a domestic dispute on Bellfrey Court.
A woman has left the residence, and there's no indication if the man inside is armed.
There are no injuries reported and police said there's no impact to the neighborhood.
