The Union County Multi Agency Drug Enforcement Task Force announced on Sunday multiple arrests as part of a five-month long investigation.
The individuals arrested were found to be “significant players in the Union County Drug scene,” according task force officials. Other charges included possession of drugs, deception to obtain, corrupting another with drugs, theft, receiving stolen property and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.
Charges included drug trafficking of opiate-based narcotics, prescription medication, marijuana, spice and bath salts.
The investigation also found that drugs were sold to juveniles and others who were deceiving physicians to obtain prescription medication to be either sold or traded.
The task force also investigated the overdose of a 14 year old and found it to be connected to several drug offenses.

Justin M. Blue, 24, of Richwood
Justin Michael Wilcox, 23, of Plain City
Christopher J. Brim, 24, of Urbana
Larry Warren Taylor Jr., 50, of Marion
