The U.S. Attorney General's Office says three people are in custody accused of holding a woman and her child captive for more than two years.
A mother and her child were hospitalized after being struck by a driver on Wednesday.
Police said that the woman, whose identity was not released, was pushing the 2-year-old child in a stroller near Polaris Parkway and Sancus Boulevard when they were struck before 9 a.m.
The woman was transported to Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, in Westerville, with non life-threatening injuries. The child was transported to Nationwide Children's Hospital and was expected to be OK.
It was not known if the driver stopped at the scene. The events leading to the crash were under investigation.
