Chillicothe police arrested three men after the department received calls about several car break-ins Wednesday morning.
Police the men broke into cars on Garden Drive.
Police located Charles Spencer, Michael Adams Junior and Stephen Spencer inside a gray Cadillac seen at the scene.
Officers found some of the stolen items inside the car. Officers collected a stolen GPS unit, camcorder and fishing tackle box.
The three men were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
